Faxtor Credit Value Fund

Credit Value Fund is a (semi) closed end fund, established in 2005. The Fund pursues a value based approach aiming for absolute returns by investing in high yielding credits such as senior secured, 2nd lien and mezzanine leveraged loans, below investment grade and non-rated high yield bonds and structured products that can be 'less liquid' or 'stressed' in nature. The strategy is supported by an in-depth due diligence and valuation approach combining qualitative and analytical modifications to more traditional valuation methodologies that uncover the target asset’s true risk profile and cash flow generation ability.

The likelihood of the resumption of payments, business turnaround, and liquidation value of the underlying assets will be rigorously applied and evaluated. The fund has a European focus.
